My Stance
I embrace AI as a tool that augments my work. It's woven into my daily workflow across coding, content creation, research, and social media. But I maintain a firm principle: AI assists, I decide. Every piece of output is reviewed and approved by me before it goes anywhere.
I don't use unchecked or autonomous mode with any AI agents. I acknowledge the broader implications of AI — the environmental costs, the economic shifts, the questions it raises about creative work. Using AI responsibly means being transparent about it, which is why this page exists.
How I Use AI
Code
AI-assisted at minimum. Claude Code and OpenAI Codex are core parts of my development workflow — from scaffolding and debugging to refactoring and code review.
Content
Blog posts and my about page may be AI-prompted or lightly assisted, but are not fully AI-generated. I use AI to help organize thoughts, draft outlines, and refine language, but the ideas and editorial decisions are mine.
Social Media
My social posts are almost always AI-generated, typically drafted from my notes or ideas and refined through conversation with an AI tool.
Research
AI is a regular part of how I explore new technologies, understand documentation, and investigate solutions.
Tools
- Claude / Claude Code — Primary AI assistant for development and content
- ChatGPT / Codex — Used for development, research, and content drafting
I don't currently use AI image generation tools.
Principles
- All AI output is reviewed and approved before publishing
- AI assists, human decides — no unchecked autonomous agents
- Transparency about AI usage (hence this page)
- Acknowledgment of environmental and economic impacts
